Hello everyone! My name is Céline.

I hail from Firene. I've run something of a tea trade back at home, so knowing what the landscape is like here is of great interest to me. To break the ice, as it were, I'd like to get everyone's opinion on the local tea. Favorite flavors, local brewing habits... And perhaps if you've never had any before, I may make some recommendations on flavors to try!

Ah, that depends on what herbs and plants you're using to brew it. You can't let leaves steep for too long, or the flavor will come out exceedingly bitter. If you're finding new leaves to try, it might help to experiment with steeping times or even temperature!

Black tea is a basic favorite of mine. Its ingredients are a little easier to get a hold of, and you can bring its best flavor out with an immediate boil. It only needs 3 to five minutes to steep.
