I have a question. Is living in the starter apartments usually this crazy? Just in a month we've had a fire alarm and then some incident with a giant hand appearing from the side of the building. I think someone was dangling from the hand, too, before dropping down with it...

What's next? A meteor falls down? The apartment building gets moved in the middle of the winter segment? Is anywhere safe to live? I just want a quiet place to tinker with mechanics...

No, no way! Just sometimes people are new to magic is all! And even then it hasn't happened a lot.

Ramie is stabled somewhere safely so you should not need to worry about meteors.

That's my chocobo's name. He's a red one so they tend to call down meteors rather frequently. I don't know why people are so afraid because they tend to be rather nice if you're the same.

[... pretty sure people are more worried about the damn meteors falling instead of being friendly to the big red death birds. Said so casually as she pets Millie, who chirps a little.]

I've never heard of chocobos. ... and I've never seen a cat like that.

But the fire alarm probably will go off at least a couple of times each month. Many new people who arrive here aren't used to Ellipsa's ways of cooking.

[At least, so far the fire never spread beyond the unfortunate party's kitchen!]
