So after the memory portal thing, a bunch of monsters from our worlds showed up, or copies of them? (Sorry if you ran into Fragment of the Universe, the one that looked like a crayon drawing with hearts on it - that one's mine, I promise they're actually a sweetheart and didn't mean to drive you insane.)

It might be good to have an idea of what kinds of other entities people are used to in case this happens again? Or even if it doesn't and I never have to fight any of them, I like hearing about all the weird and wondrous species out there. Tell me about their powers, their behavior, their physiology, anything.

...Also, I'm not going to lie, if there are any hot ones I especially want to know about those. I have never felt shame in my life and I'm not going to start now, this is a promise.

For sure! There were some last batch where you did get to pet some animals, I hope you tried some of those.

Aren't they so cute, too? I gotta save up to see if they can bring Leon-kun here. He's my pet lizard!

What kind of lizard?

He's the sweetest little chameleon who ever lived! He's really bright green most of the time, and he curls up when you pick him up! Sometimes I take him out to see things outside of the house if he looks a little bored. Then he climbs up on me and rides around on my shoulder! He's so cute ♪

Right? Oh, do you have pets where you come from, Evangeline-chan? Or is that not allowed since monsters are different from animals? I forget if you said there were animal animals...

There are animal animals, but I've never had pets. I couldn't afford one growing up, for one thing.

Aww... Maybe you can find one here! Or not if you don't want one, I guess, 'cause you're so busy.

I'd feel bad for the poor little guy, with me spending so much time out of the house.

Yeah, I guess so. There's lots of places where animals aren't allowed, even if you keep them on a leash and everything.

Plus I'm just too busy to keep an eye on them anyway.

You must have lots of work! Is it any fun?

Oh, so you also have a lot of friends! That's good. I was a little worried! Oh, you should also check out the karaoke bar in Blossomcrown! I guess I work there now? It's a lot of fun!

I like the library, but that's not really a group thing... I like sparring, but that doesn't seem like your jam.

Not yet, but I'm trying to learn! I mean, it'll help if more of us can fight.

It'll be good for you to know how to defend yourself, but it'd definitely take a while for you to catch up to actual combatants.

How long'd it take for you?

I started learning the basics of self-defense when I was a kid. Obviously nowhere near monster-fighting level, but it's good to have a solid foundation.

Does that mean I'm gonna take years and years to learn this stuff too?!
