You may be on to something. There is a certain merit to continuing this purging of thoughts anonymously.

Maybe we could pick a date when a new post goes up every month or something? Eventually the goal would be that people either feel well enough not to need it anymore or can confidently ask for help publicly, but being anonymous does seem to help for like. Testing the room temp.
