It has almost been a year since people from otherworlds found themselves in Ellipsa. Time does fly, doesn't it?
While I am sure there are others who have already gone home, or found themselves elsewhere, there are also those who are like me, and have been here since the beginning.
Some time last year, we had a little gathering of sortsβ an Arts Festival, where people from different worlds came together to celebrate creativity and emotion through song, dance, theatre, and other forms of self-expression.
I'd like to announce that with the support of various businesses and individuals in the city, we are able to hold another one this year.
Please do let me know if you would like to help as an organiser, or if you would like your group or yourself to perform, host, or even have your own stall for your food business or other sort of business. I will definitely do my best to accommodate you all.
While more details will come in the near future, I am already announcing a new event for this year's festivalβ a fighting tournament! Martial arts and mystic arts are also thatβ art, and I'm hoping to showcase magic and various fighting styles in duel form.
I hope there will be lots of interest, and should there be any questions, you may visit the "website" our sponsors have made for this event.
I'll be happy to answer any other queries you may have that haven't been covered, too.

Would you help me find a sword for her to use? I'm well versed with swords, but I think it would mean a lot more if the both of us picked one out. You've known her longer than I have, and I trust that you have an exceptional knowledge of swords and swordplay...so your input would be invaluable.
Plus, if we're being honest here...she'd love to know that the two of us worked together for this.

He has not said anything about it either, but I imagine it must have been a little difficult, meeting Ayato twice for the first time. He met him in Nippon as well, after all.
While it is also my business, it also wasn't. I would not dare meddle in their affairs, even if I wished for Ayato's approval of Cloud.

That makes things make a little more sense. I was wondering what the hesitation was on Cloud's part. We had a little conversation back at the party we threw in our new home, about the two of you living together.

Perhaps he doesn't want to feel as if he's pushing you to do something like this. The conversation, after all, was relatively innocuous.
I told him to seek Ayato's approval if he thought you'd be hesitant to move out. I don't really know what was going through his head at that moment, but he dismissed it and said though it was tempting, it was fine. He expressed that he's alright with your current living arrangements.

If I were Ayato, I'd give Cloud my well wishes, of course. You two have been together for a while now, and I think that says a lot. I've seen you two together and you seem very happy, so I'd find no reason at all to discourage either of you from starting your own life.
I think the only thing I'd make sure of is if Cloud has a plan to put this all together and make sure you're well taken care of. It's only natural for an older brother to make sure that their baby sister will be safe. (^_~)

How difficult would it be to be able to say something like that?

I suppose to me, simple proof that Cloud's able to take care of you would be good enough. Showing a sense of commitment, that he would protect you against any harm that may come your way, and genuine shows of affection. Oh, and, while not strictly necessary, a well paying job doesn't hurt, either. If he can answer to all those things positively, then it shouldn't really be all that hard.
It's your happiness that really matters in the end, if you ask me.
