Good day, everyone. I hope you're all doing well.

It has almost been a year since people from otherworlds found themselves in Ellipsa. Time does fly, doesn't it?

While I am sure there are others who have already gone home, or found themselves elsewhere, there are also those who are like me, and have been here since the beginning.

Some time last year, we had a little gathering of sorts— an Arts Festival, where people from different worlds came together to celebrate creativity and emotion through song, dance, theatre, and other forms of self-expression.

I'd like to announce that with the support of various businesses and individuals in the city, we are able to hold another one this year.

Please do let me know if you would like to help as an organiser, or if you would like your group or yourself to perform, host, or even have your own stall for your food business or other sort of business. I will definitely do my best to accommodate you all.

While more details will come in the near future, I am already announcing a new event for this year's festival— a fighting tournament! Martial arts and mystic arts are also that— art, and I'm hoping to showcase magic and various fighting styles in duel form.

I hope there will be lots of interest, and should there be any questions, you may visit the "website" our sponsors have made for this event.

I'll be happy to answer any other queries you may have that haven't been covered, too.

It was very recently back home when I was part of a fighting tournament, myself. It was actually very fun! It was so nice to see people all over the world travel to Inazuma to participate.

Which cup are you interested in joining, if I may ask?

I see. If this will be your first time participating in one, I do really hope you have fun.

Considering this will be a rather large event with people from the media covering some events, perhaps you'll consider even wearing a costume, or something that will make you stand out in photos or in videos.

What subjects do you paint? I do paint myself, but I do not do it as often now.

Lots of things! I've been painting the people I've met here, and all the pretty flowers in the city- I wanna go and draw things out in the Segments too, but I've heard that it's not very safe.

What do you like painting?

Indeed. If you do decide to go to the Segment, please be with someone who can fight the monsters that roam the area. I would not also stray too far from the entrance, especially if it is for leisure purposes that you're going.

It is mostly still-life that I paint— flowers, rivers, food, and the like. Although I do not get to paint as often, I still do like to sketch. I'm afraid working at shinrin-yoku and also helping out in the questboard has gotten me quite busy, I'm afraid.

My name is Frieda. I've only been here for a couple of months, but everybody has been so kind and helpful that I've started to feel at home!

Hehe, it is something that I do in Inazuma, and I do not wish to stop doing it just because I am in a different world.

[ She just loves arts and organising things. It's really fun! ]

It's very nice to make your acquaintance, Frieda. I hope you haven't been lonely, being in a strange and new land. There are quite a lot of people who are very friendly and would not hesitate to lend a hand if needed. My brother even works as an ambassador to bridge otherworlders like us and the citizens of Ellipsa.

I was incredibly lucky; my sister had already been here for a good while when I arrived. We live together, so she was able to help me with many unfamiliar things.

[Especially with the household appliances. They're marvels of innovation to Frieda!]

But even so, I'd never have been able to acclimatise so well without the help of other people! I never knew that there are so many different worlds out there.

It is a blessing to have family with you in such confusing and frightening world. I do hope everything is more familiar to you now and that you are settling in well.

[ Though even after almost a year, teleporting still scares her. As much as she can, she'd rather walk or take the public transport. ]

It is very interesting to hear people's stories of their world, as well. Last year, when we had the arts festival, so many people showcased their music from their own worlds. There were so many different kinds of food stalls, too! It is so exciting to think that we would be able to experience that all again.
