Results have varied, and it seems that sometimes you just get a doll of them? But sometimes you get what appears to be them at first, but gradually becomes apparent that it isn't really them and then they try to kill you. I don't recommend it!
I have more detailed notes if anyone wants them (L Corp rule number 5: an employee death without notes taken is two employee deaths) but the long and short of it is that you won't get the person you want and you also might get killed by something wearing your loved one's face. So it's bad.
Relatedly, how do you apologize to your boss for dying and missing work?
