[The video opened with Eva sat at a bar in town, nursing a glass of brandy. It's mother's day- the first since her son passed- and Eva's drunk and miserable. This was obviously the best time to go chat to the network!
She'd propped the device up against the almost empty bottle, giving it a suspicious look.]
It's recording right...? Good.
I have to ask; After this whole saving the world nonsense- haa, still sounds ridiculous saying that- is out the way, I'm guessing we're gonna have to choose what we want to do. Whether we live out the rest of our lives in this weird place, or go back to whatever shit we had going on back home.
[Taking a large swig of her glass-]
...So how many people know what they want to do already? If we can even decide that ourselves- How much of a choice are we even going to get, anyway? Not like it's given us a say any other time.
I'm guessing there's some people who can't go back at all, but I can't be the only one who has to go back and deal with a load of awful crap they don't want dumped in their lap when it comes to that, riiight?
Erghhh... well, whatever. Humour me if you want. Doubt we'll need to think about it anytime soon anyway.
If you'd prefer, just tell me what your favourite cocktail is and I'll see if these guys can make it up for me.
