[The video starts with Erenville pointing the camera at the television in the apartment he shares with E'kayan. Said miqo'te is actually on the couch, ears pricked up and watching the TV intently as the animated cartoon plays on the screen.
The cartoon appears to be an Ellipsa version of Avatar: The Last Airbender only ot references the seasonal powers, of course, rather than bending and the setting is Ellipsa and it's segments as well. But martial arts style powers and the anime feel is definitely visible.
The problem was:]
How is a show like this made?
Please understand, E'kayan and myself are from a star where this does not exist. Moving pictures in and of itself, while not exactly unheard of, is not presented like this. But this [He gestures to the TV again, before finally turning it to himself.] does not merely seem to be moving pictures. But moving... drawings?
It is fascinating, to say the least. So, as both a scholar and a simply curious sort, I ask for someone to help me understand how something like this has been created.
And, to the creators of this particular show, both E'kayan and I would like to let you know that we have been enjoying it immensely. Thank you for creating such an engaging story.
