He notably is wearing his robes from home, with two rabbits snuggled close upon his lap. Alright; it looks like he's doing this correctly. With a relaxed smile, he offers a wave. ]

Hi! My name's Wei Wuxian, and I'm still very new to this place. Maybe a week or so? I've been exploring a lot, and reading up on anything else I can find, but there's still things - especially this "technology" - I've been thinking about. So I have a few questions! Most are out of curiosity, but feel free to humor me if you have any answers.

Firstly, who else here wasn't originally familiar with the concept of a "smart phone," or even phones in general? How long did it take you to understand how it works and how to use it? I feel I've been catching on fairly easily, but it's still kind of overwhelming.

Second, are there any establishments or shops that serve especially spicy dishes? What about liquor? Do any of these parts have specialties? I wanna know my options!

[ He's. . . at least been taking a few odd jobs here and there since his arrival. Money will be another hurdle to pass. ]

Third, I suppose I should try and find a more steady source of food for these two. [ He affectionately pats the white rabbit on its head. ] Also for Lil' Apple, my donkey who apparently arrived with me; he can be unbelievably picky, however.

Fourth, . . .ah. [ Trying not to let the brightness in his eyes dim. ] . . .I'm really wanting to find some sandalwood incense. Surely that's doable, with how vast this world is, right?

Fifth— [ Entirely separate from the reasons above, he pales altogether when trying to broach the final question. In fact, he almost appears to be recoiling into himself, both arms moving to encircle the rabbits out of comfort. ]

A-are there always- [ His mouth feels dry, a sharp chill down his spine. ] . . . those flying dogs, are they always a thing around here?! P-please, it's important.

[ He will die. He'll die out of pure fear and panic, only to apparently be resurrected once more, then perish again. Over and over.

Okay. Right. He lets out a slow breath. ]

Um, a-anyway! Any replies would be much appreciated.

Given that there are a lot of monsters and other troublesome things, I was wondering if anybody here could possibly help teach me how to use a bow and arrow for more combative purposes. I'm part of the archery club back home, so it isn't as if I don't know how to use it, but I personally believe that there is a whole world of difference between shooting still targets versus living ones.

Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you very much in advance.

I've begun to wonder...

How many people are accustomed to traveling through time? There doesn't seem to be many by my estimate, but I might be mistaken.

(She pivots to a lighter topic, feeling a little nervous. She really has no desire to see the next century or the one after that - unless there will be no interruption in her current lifespan.)

My paintings will be featured in a museum. Some of them anyway. The rest I am keeping. I believe I will meet my friends again and the paintings will help me remember them.

[Archer appears to be standing in a kitchen. With help he had managed to rent a space from a restaurant, so while he's checking the premises out, he decides to make the advertisement for his new project.]

Most of you don't know me, but my name is Archer. I'm contacting to the network today to offer cooking lessons. I would go through the most basic things you need to cook yourself a good and nutritious meal. It's an important skill to have and saves money in the long run.

I will also add in a "How to cook in the middle of the wilderness" to it if that interests you, since that is also important for survival.

[Basically he just wants to do his part in helping people to survive. At some point he couldn't care less, but gradually his shell has been broken open from various sides. Also the less people suffer from unitended food poisonings, the better for his mental health.]

I have managed to rent a restaurant space from Coldreach. They're a business that isn't open on weekends, so I have booked the kitchen from Friday afternoons to Sunday evenings. Of course, helping me keep the kitchen clean would also be part of your lessons.

[A pause before he adds on final bit:]

I won't expect you to pay me. If you help with ingredient costs, that's enough for me. I'm doing this in co-operation with the In Touch Support Group to help, anyway.

Welcome to a Mini Event which is basically: network server has been damaged, so all network messages have a chance of going to the wrong recipient. It doesn't need to happen, but there's a high chance of misfires happening for the duration of the mini event.
