Apparently, when you start dating someone, you're supposed to make some sort of announcement on the internet so all your friends know? At least that's what I hear. And I, definitely didn't do that! Three times over! So, um, oops?

I'm dating three people now! Fajra, Barghest, and Chipp. Um, things are going... well? They're going well.

[Honestly still not sure what she's doing but she's trying her best!!]

The events of last month sure were a thing, huh. But because of what happened, I suppose I have to ask if anybody here knows how to fight blindly and is willing to teach me at all. You know, in one of those training montages?

Also if any newly turned vampires need any assistance with anything, I'm offering my services as a Trailblazer who's done package deliveries; I have no blood in me, so you don't have to worry about like, accidentally attacking me for blood. Just kinda... found about that part recently.

I hope everyone's okay now! Cleaning up after all that is HARD but at least my house didn't get hit too bad... Does anyone need help with anything after last week? Oh, and speaking of my house, we just added a bunch of expansions! We've got an indoor pool now! Friends can come over whenever! I think I know most people on here anyway, and Mary-chan's got a bunch of friends too.

Also also! During that whole thing I tried the full shapeshift. You know, the dragon skill that changes you on the inside and not just the outside? I did it to be more giraffe than I already am because I thought it would help me fight. And it was like, whoa! I could see everything! And hear everything! And I kinda kicked a guy into a wall! Does anyone know how to deal with sensory overload if I ever do that again because it's kind of a lot and by kind of I mean a lot a lot.

[Since the mission to the mines, Rider hadn't been able to shake her mixed feelings on her own inhuman nature. About whether someone turned into a monster remained as such, even if stripped of their power. And whilst she tried to warm up in a Frostreign cafe, having been hit with the dreaded affection-slush, now seemed as good a time as any to get the network's thoughts.

She posted anonymously, but... it would not surprise her if anyone who knew her well guessed immediately. Ah well.]

I have been thinking about a few things since that expedition where we lost our powers. If philosophical questions are not unwelcome, then I had a few of my own now that things seem more settled here.

[Typical Rider, only acting on her own internal conflicts when she thought everyone else was taken care of.]

Do not feel pressured to reply. I have been a monster for a long time. I never considered the possibility of returning to how I once was before that. But, if such an irreversible physical change as that proves to actually be reversible by this world's power, is it as simple as that, or is someone's spirit truly changed by what they became? If the latter, then what is it that makes someone 'human' or ‘not human’? Or whether someone is a 'monster', or not? ... Unrelatedly, that gang's threats about targeting Frostreign with rainstorms was apparently not an empty one.

[She hadn't realised that her plan to hide indoors to warm up would only activate the slush's effects. Well, that was a problem for when she was not anonymous.]

One of my- [A beat.] Esteemed colleagues is under the mistaken impression that the break room fridge in this building is for the express purpose of storing his obscene amount of condiments.

[The camera pans slightly. On a folding table outside of the HQ doors are at least thirty unopened jars of what appears to be mayonnaise.]

Despite repeated attempts to inform said colleague that a shared space is not for his personal use alone, the issue has persisted for long enough that alternative action had to be taken.

[The young man definitely sounds like he's had enough.]

These jars will remain outside for anyone to take as they wish. Should any of them find their way back inside... [Edmond's eyes flash, irritated.] I will be happy to consider more drastic measures.

Hey, everyone. Uh, so...

[Have a bunny, Ellipsa. She's dressed in what appears to be an officer's uniform, but clearly for Nightwake City and not Zootopia. She's actually off-duty, so don't worry about her doing this on taxpayer hours.]

This is a really awkward question and I sincerely hope I don't offend, but it's honestly been on my mind since I got here.

Is there a reason why the majority of people who arrive are uh... the same or similar species? Human, I think was the name? I don't see very many, uh, creatures... animals(?) here. Like myself.

[Was creature the right word?]

And not just myself as in bunny, I mean myself like, well, not human, I guess? Or human-like, I think? [She lets out an awkward laugh.] I seriously hope I didn't just put my foot in it and if I've offended, please say so! I'm really asking all this out of genuine curiosity.

[Not to mention some of these humans had animal-like features? Cat-like humans, bunny-like humans... that was just confusing things even further.]

Soooo.... I'm completely new here. I got a very rude awakening in a winter wonderland. Apparently that means I'm aligned with winter, which is a really stupid joke. How do they even pick the seasons for us?

Here's an interesting question. If you could choose your own season or change your season to anything, what would you pick? Or is the season you already have perfect for you?

I would have chosen summer. Though I guess it would have mostly been useless for me since I already know fire. But still, I'd prefer it over winter.

[He puts the fireball away.]

Hello, this is Nia. I forgot to announce this until some recent papers reminded me, but I've taken over the Apothecary in Maomao's absence. We still offer much the same services, though I don't have half her skill with detecting poison. Rest assured, I am still more than capable of filling all other roles myself.

[Her professional mask cracks as her ears flatten and she mutters "doesn't mean it's not a hell of a slog." She quickly corrects that, her Queen smile returning in full force.]

That aside, we are currently hiring! Anyone who believes they have sufficient skill with herbs, medical knowledge, or even just can be trusted with deliveries, please contact me. Thank you for your time.

To everyone who picked their own birthday: how did you pick it and what all did you think of?

Mecchan wants his own birthday. I know when Hina-chan's is because she hatched here in Ellipsa, but I don't know when Mecchan was born, and since Mary-chan just had a birthday a couple weeks ago, I think he wants his own.

Hello everybody. Hijikata here. No worries, I've got no bad news about portals to hell this time. Rather than that, a while ago, Rinku-chan and I talked about some information that was found in the magical library...

[He reads out:]

"There exists a world above the clouds that's full of different races who talk our language. They're animal tribes, who act like humans but look like animals. The Winged Mounts come from said place, but only those who receive a blessing from an ancient tree (currently lost to Darkness) can reach the clouds."

With a lot of land now uncovered, we want to go looking for that tree. There's a lot of potential ground to cover, and there's no telling if the tree isn't still lost in the Darkness, but we want to try! We'll start with the big tree that has a house in it in the Summer Segment since that's the most prominent one we know of that emerged after the flight of the dragons.

Why am I telling you all this? Well, we're looking for people to go with us. If the tree with the house is the one, we'll have it easy - but if it isn't, we'll systematically explore all the newly accessible forests. You heard that right! Progress will have to be incremental since we've all got other things to do... but yeah, we're assembling a team! We're looking for a handful of people.

[UPDATE: The expedition thread is now live here, and sign-ups are closed! I (Hijikata-mun) will facilitate it but reach out to all participants for feedback on their character's actions at each turn.]

[After his and Mukuro's recent hair-raising exploration of one of the newly accessible areas, Hijikata wants to warn his fellow adventurers and exchange other findings besides. He doesn't make open video posts very often (in fact, the last one may just have been when he got eaten whole by an anglerfish will'o'wisp), but now's the time again!]

Hello everyone. Hijikata here. This is a PSA of sorts, I guess... but feel free to add your own. My main message is: Don't go to the 'Heart Will Go On' glacier. There's a door in the ice, but it'll shut and lock behind you, and the place is a nasty, haunted prison with a gateway to hell inside. I'm not joking. Mukuro and I only managed to escape from the demons by teleporting out.

[He's not exactly keen on retelling all the creepy details (though he will if pressed for them), so don't mind him moving on swiftly!]

In other news, I don't know how many people besides the ones we told about it are aware, but there's another magic circle with a ghost guardian in the Winter Segment, in a cave at Wolf's Blood Mountain, like the one near Lake Hange in the Autumn Segment. The ghost told me and my expedition crew about the Knight - yeah, another one of those people. Apparently, he'd been going around burying weird magical items near the old Darkness barrier, and since it reeked of trouble, we went and dug them up to hand in at the Research Centre.

[Let him just casually drop this bomb (for those who hadn't heard of the Knight yet)! It's not like Jean and Mukuro just recently shared information about the Pierrot; what's one more enemy!]

Lastly, if you ever see a big cocoon made of vines in the jungles in the Summer Segment, just avoid it. - Now, what's the most interesting thing you've found out there?

So, animal shapeshifting. All of us with seasonal powers can learn to do it, either full body changes or just an feature or two. Have you tried it at all? Which animals, if so? Do you do it for combat, for fun, something else?

My ice reflection had really cool wings and I kind of want to try shifting myself wings too, but I don't really know where to start, summer has a lot of tropical birds as options. Also I like, don't want to offend any real birds? I don't know if that's even something I should be worried about, to be honest. Having wings sometimes would be cool, but not if it upsets anybody else? Like the time I took that enlarging potion and tripped over peoples' Titan trauma - it's just not worth it.

I'm looking for those who have can sculpt. During the time I lived, and even after, I had statues of myself decorating my temples. My desire is to have them here, as well, at the entrance to my house, so people know where I reside.

[As if that was hard to figure out, he lives in a pyramid shaped house.]

So don't be shy and talk to me, if you have such skills. I'm giving you artistic freedom in doing the statues, as long as they are made in good taste.

I-I just wanted to let everyone know that-that I opened a new b-bookstore in Sunwaning. It's c-called the-The Book Wyrm. I can also mend and fix old books that have been damaged or-or worn with time. Fixing books is one of my favorite hobbies so if you have any from home or-or here I can fix them no problem!! I was also thinking that m-maybe we could have a-a bookclub or s-something? [ He looks awkwardly away at that however. ]

But that-that's probably a silly idea. Um, if anyone would want to do that though...there's a space in the bookstore for it. [ But, hm, that's probably good enough?? Let's say that you have an issue. Something you can't do, because of bad experiences - trauma even - in the past. The circumstances aren't the same here, but you've got a lot of baggage. You don't have to do the thing. You can avoid it, easy. It's a little weird, you're a little weird, but no one's going to pressure you into it or anything. But the fact that you can't do it just because of your dumb brain kind of pisses you off? It's the easiest thing in the world, you know nothing awful will happen if you do it, but it still scares you for stupid reasons! You feel stupid about it! How much is it worth trying to do the thing that scares you and try to get over your issues when you could probably just avoid doing it forever?

[Yes, this post is about kissing other humans. She realizes it's obvious to anyone who knows her, but saying it makes her feel ridiculous, so vagueness it is.]

[It was only the second time Rider had addressed the network. Getting questions out publicly like this was well out of her comfort zone, but for at least half of her inquiry, she needed to expand her field of questioning beyond her regular contacts. So here she was, lurking in a quiet cafe near the Dayrise Colosseum.

The whole thing was uncomfortable and awkward as always for the introverted woman- even before the latent anxiety that someone would recognise her from that whole 'giant snake monster' quest not too long ago.

I wanted to ask something...does anyone here work with the Research Center, or has anyone asked them to assist with developing items, equipment or other things?

Things that would help mitigate problems from home, I mean.

It seems as if, with the current festivities, the locals are being more... difficult than usual. They have been unusually accommodating and generous toward me since last night, but I dislike the extra attention. I am certain it will only start again when I try to go home.

Is this normal for this event in particular...?

[She'd not yet taken her blindfold off, so had absolutely no idea that she was glowing. So to Rider, it all seemed a little sudden and very excessive. Looks like she'd have to use her spirit form if she wanted to travel home unaccosted!

But whilst she wouldn't necessarily admit it, she had slept more peacefully last night than she had for a long time- receiving a comforting message from her beloved big sisters in her dreams.]
